You may have noticed that lately there are many products out  there that
have added argan oil as an ingredient.  For those of you who don't know, argan
oil is an oil that is derived from a kernel tree found in Morocco. It's primary
use is for food, and is healthy for the heart, it can prevent various cancers, and
obesity. Studies have shown that replacing butter with argan oil can reduce
harmful levels of cholesterol,  and triglycerides in the blood. It is similar to
olive oil.
Argan oil  contains vitamin E, phenols, squalene, and  fatty acids.  For
food consumption, argan oil is roasted, but not for cosmetic purposes.
Moroccans use non roasted argan oil to treat skin diseases, as well as an oil
for both skin, and hair.  It gives hair strength, and shine.  Argan oil is used
to treat wrinkled skin, and extremely dry skin.  A great hair mask that repairs
dry damaged hair without making it feel greasy is by Agadir.  It is a moisture
mask, available at Amazon.com.  For styling,  you can try Nick Chavez Advanced
Plump and Thick Thickening Hairspray, which contains argan oil, as well as
